What this service is
BOE Garajes collects auction notices for parking spaces published by the Spanish Official State Gazette (BOE) and presents them in a searchable form, with an estimate of the costs and the potential return.
It is an independent service. It has no connection with, and no endorsement from, the BOE, the Ministry of Justice, or any court or administrative body running these auctions.
Source of the data and reuse
The auction data comes from the public BOE auction portal. It is public sector information, and its reuse is allowed under Spanish Law 37/2007, provided the source is not distorted and the data is not presented as official.
The presentation, the estimates, the classifications, the written guides and the software are the work of the site owner and are protected by copyright.
The estimates are not valuations
The estimated return, the taxes and the costs shown are a simulation based on generic assumptions. They are not a valuation, a survey, tax advice or an investment recommendation.
Before committing any money, always read the official notice, check the property register and the encumbrances, and inspect the property. Whoever bids does so on their own responsibility.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents affecting the hosting provider or changes to the BOE portal may interrupt it or delay the data.
