What you are contracting

The Pro plan unlocks, for every auction in the catalogue, the exact address, the cadastral reference, the map coordinates, the full land registry file with its encumbrance analysis, and the download of the official notice.

The free plan remains available and is not time-limited.

Price and payment

The Pro plan costs €9.99 per month, VAT included. The applicable VAT rate depends on the billing country you enter at checkout.

Payment is by card through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Cancelling

You can cancel from your account page at any time, in two clicks and without giving a reason. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for; nothing further is charged.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw, with no penalty and no reason given.

This is a digital service supplied immediately: by contracting it you expressly ask for it to start straight away and acknowledge that, if you then withdraw, you must pay for the part already supplied, in proportion to the time elapsed.

To withdraw, it is enough to say so unambiguously by writing to contacto@boegarajes.es. You may use the model form below, but you are not required to.

Invoices

Every invoice is available for download from the billing portal, reachable from your account page.

What the service does not include

It does not include legal, tax or property advice, participation in auctions on your behalf, or any guarantee about the outcome of a bid. The estimates are simulations, as stated in the legal notice.

Price changes

Any price change will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance and will apply from the following renewal. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to contacto@boegarajes.es and we will answer within one month. You may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
